I set up a sytem with these 2 cards in a Foxcomm A7DA-S motherboard to set up crossfire but I can not get it to work. i went into the ATI control center and enabled crossfire, checked the box then hit apply, the screen goes black for a few seconds and then comes back on and there is a check in the crossfire box. I then checked GPU-Z to verify that it is working and it says that crossfire is enabled, but states that both cards are running at X8 when they sould be at X16. I think no big deal and start to run 3DMark 06 and get no more FPS than I was getting with just my HD4850 and after all test are done II got the same score of somewhere around 11500 that I usually get. I have tried changing settings in the bios and even switching the crossfire bridge around but I can not get it to work.
My Foxconn did not come with a manual and I can not get the download on the Foxconn site to download. Link to Foxonn manual that gives me error http://www.foxconnsupport.com/downl...n-us0000008&keywords=&sort=Motherboard Manual .

Thanks and any help would be great.

that board splits the lanes to x8 each in crossfire.... you can only run x16 with 1 card.

from PCSTATS.com review "In addition to its integrated Radeon HD 3300 graphics processor, Foxconn A7DA-S sports a pair of PCI express x16 slots that can be run at 8 lanes of bandwidth each in AMD Crossfire mode. This isn't quite as nice as having a 16/16 Crossfire configuration, but it ought to be sufficient to handle any current graphics card."

No. I haven't tried any games yet, just 3D Mark. I will install one and see what frames per second I am getting.
