Not getting 100% utilization. Temps are great since they are Tri-X - power limit set to +50 via Afterburner. Core stock speed and voltage, memory has an overclock on it. Using 14.4.
 
More than likely a bug or driver mis-optimisation. I'm pretty sure I get the same when I run Valley on my 7950 (latest driver).
 
I find that utilisation measurements are bullshit anyway.

If gaming can be 100% utilisation then why does the GPU make more heat when litecoin mining at the same 100% utilisation?

its not the % what its really matter but how its really used. its just like a processor you can max out at 100% by only CPU stress or by only FPU stress and by far stressing the FPU onl will throw way higher temps that only CPU not the same keep it busy than keep it stressed. same with litecoin.
