Croping > 1 pic at a time

Is there software that will allow me to crop more than one pic at a time. My wife has a digital picture frame and needs to crop all the picutes to fit, otherwise its not filling up the picture frame. I have ruled out the frame settings, long story short.

Adobe's photoshop has a 'record' option for batch actions... If you have that, use it. I have a batch that shrinks images in a specific folder...

Which OS? What do you normally use for photo editing?

For OSX, http://www.lemkesoft.com/xd/public/content/index._cGlkPTE5Mw_.html GraphicConverter (BY Lemkesoft) </a> is great for stuff like that. It's the Poor Man's PhotoShop, with better batch and File Browser then PS. Just Nagware, everything works.
