critiques for personal site

There are some small designs I've been doing here and there between boredom. I really want to get my personal site up soon. Can I get a few 1st and 2nds on which to use, or comments? It would be portfolio oriented and possibly for small tutorials, nice enough for a local place to looking for a website without too much distraction, but not bored to death. Thanks!

some look really nice, but it's hard for me to comment from just a screen shot. personally, i need a functioning demo where i can peek under the hood, see what it looks like when populated with content, and do some usability testing.

I agree it would be nice to see functional dev sites to get a better feel for how things would work out.

From a design point of view I like the Mac and Kortek designs best, but a live test could change my mind. The real question is which design you like best as this is your site and you must build it/ add content.
