Critique this Budget Work Machine

First off this will be a WORK machine. It will be used for Quickbooks, MS Word, MS Excel.
The only games to be played on it will be Solitare. There will be No overclocking what so ever.

Now My Choices.
They want SFF So I picked This

Now I'm Torn between CPU's. We want Cheap. Sub $100 would be best. So

Now after adding extra stuff up I can build one with the 71 dollar CPU for
$725 With 1gb memory, 80gb hd space, cd burner, 19" Jetway LCD

What I was planning to build before was an AMD Sempron64 2600+ System with same specs, it came out to $785

With this savings I could up the memory. Or leave it as is. My question is. Whats performance like on Celery D's? I havent built a celeron system in years and havent kept up with Intel Cores much. Would it compare much to the 2600+ 754?

Seems I can also go LGA755 for $45 more(Diff sff, Intel Celeron D 326 533MHz FSB LGA 775 EM64T)

Really dont know what these would compare to when talking AMD Semprons.

The 340 Cel D is supposed to be 2600-3000+ Sempron I believe. So...
 
The Celeron M 370 is Pentium-M based, won't work on that board despite Newegg calling it Socket 478. It's a different pin pattern and pinout.
 
I'm nearing the completion of a home server buildup. I'm using a Celeron D 320(2.4) and when I first booted it up and loaded some testing programs for overclocking it was pretty damn fast. Now its at 3.6 and it feels quicker in windows that my 2.4C@3.4.

I can't wait till I get my Mushkin memory back from RMA so I can shoot for 3.8 :D
 
what matters most is windows responsiveness.
They're moving a Barton 2500+ 512mb ram Nforce2 system to this.

The main reason they're moving is its smaller. They're old machine will go towards another in office worker. It would just be nice to be able to make it seem like they got a nice boost in speed
