I'm new to the scene and actually starting to pick up parts now as I poke around this forum and find the most commonly recommended parts. Now I have to figure out if it'll actually work.

I've got a PA120.3 ready to go, and I'm eyeing the following:
3x Yate loon fans
Laing DDC w/ petra's
Tygon 7/16" tubing
EK 8800 GTX gpu block x2
Apogee GTX cpu block

What I have in mind is pump -> rad -> cpu -> gpu -> gpu, but I'm wondering if a) that pump has enough power for this and b) a PA120.3 by itself can cool a Q6600 overclocked and 2 8800 GTXs. Any thoughts?
 
it can, you would just have to keep the fan speed up, or add 3 more YL fans in a push/pull config.

If I were you, I would get a Laing D5 pump for native 1/2" tubing, and 1/2" barbs. That would be best for your application.
 
I would keep everything as you have it in your configuration. The DDC with Petra's top will be better than a 655 (D5 w/ vario).

Just like Erasmus said, you've got a great setup. Stick with the DDC.

You bought the best radiator on the market and it should handle your components fine as long as you're not pulling any ridiculous overclocks. You're looking at about 150W per GTX for a FC block (127W max core load, roughly another 25W for the ram heat dump). If you're looking to run a 1.55 vcore to hit 3.6Ghz on your quad, your radiator won't be enough. However, if you're looking for a more reasonable, typical overclock to 3.0-3.2Ghz with a moderate vcore bump to say 1.4, you'll most likely stay within the capabilities of your radiator (roughly 450W at 10C delta, 1GPM, 60CFM fans).
