Do I need any fittings for that pump? Anything else I forgot or that doesn't look good?

I'd recommend a Swiftech MCR-320 over the XSPC RS360. The Swiftech will dissipate more heat than the XSPC, and they're just about the same price.

res? maybe I messed it? you might need one to run the silver kill strip

I think he can coil it up and put in a tube. ;)

However, I would still recommend a reservoir. Makes bleeding 10x easier.

If you have a Amazon Prime account, you can get 10ft of that same tubing for $18.95 shipped.

And I'll just stick the silver in the reservoir I guess. Anything else? I don't want to have to order something that I forgot and pay more shipping fees. Is 8 feet enough tubing for my loop? 10 clamps? 4 fittings? I don't need 2 more for the pump right? The tubing just slides on and gets clamped down? This is my first water cooling loop by the way. I want to get it right!

You need 8 fittings for the described loop. 2 per piece you're connecting.
example:
cpu block 2x
pump 2x
reservoir 2x
radiator 2x

The MCRES Micro should come with the necessary barbs/fittings, no? The only thing I'm uncertain of is the MCP655-B pump. It looks like I should be fine since one of the bullets in the "summary of benefits" states "½" Barb fittings". Anyone with a MCP655-B care to help me out?

Edit: Newegg reviews confirm my suspicion. I should be fine with just 4 extra barbs for the waterblock and radiator since the reservoir comes with them and the tubing should just fit over the pump connections.
