Starting to build my next system/upgrade in my head, and so far this is what it's looking like.

Main:
Lian Li PC-V1200
Asus AN8-SLI Motherboard
AMD Athlon X2 4400+
BFG 7800GTX (x2) (unless the next cycle happens soon)

Water:
Dangerden TDX for 939 w/ 1/2"
Black Ice Extreme 120mm
Papst 120mm
Dangerden CSP-MAG
10' Tygon
Dangerden HDPE Reservoir

Anybody have any experience with these? I'm mostly interested in the Case with the W/C setup. I'm wondering if 2x 120mm Black Ice would be better, or the Black Ice 2? (2x120) I don't really -want- to chop my case if I don't have to, but I'm not unable to. Would water cooling the 7800s be beneficial? I'm not sure how much OCing I'll do, but I'm looking for a quite, dependable setup. OCing isn't really an issue as long as all of my games are performing well, which shouldn't be an issue with sli anyway.

Looks like a good setup. Will you be water cooling the graphics cards? If so get a dual 120 rad instead of the single....

The CSP Mag pump is still a bit on the untested side, IMHO. I'd go with something with a little more UMPH, especially in a 1/2" system. Also, is the rad a 120x1, or 120x2? The only other thing is for roughly the same money, you can get a swiftech storm block (and yes...I'm a Storm whore...I love mine).

the storm is very nice, but the TDX isn't bad.

I personally prefer the BIP over the BIX anyday. I just feel that the added noise needed to make the BIX perform better than the BIP is not worth it, and the BIP is cheaper too!

The Mag is turning out to be quite the pump. Have not heard of one failure yet. Dave at C-Systems has tested the pump to 100,000 hour mtbf. For the price I feel it is the best deal out...

With his setup, he should get >= 1.2 gpm, which should be fine...

if u are gonna put both the cards in the loops ied be looking into a 3x120mm rad.
i wouldnt have anything smaller in my system if i was doing the same

you may want to upsice the case to the pc-2000. i have a pc2000 and the extra space is great.

Also you may want to upsize the radiator to the 120.2 or 120.3

I am running a 120.3 for my cpu and graphics card and i am adding a 120.1 for the ram, chipset, and maybe the pwmic. once thats in i am going to add another 120.1 for the hard drives.

The heat from 2 7800's is goig to be up there running them by thems self on a loop with a 120.1 may even be a good idea.

If it was me i would run the cpu and chipset on one loop with a 120.2 radiator and the graphics cards on another loop with a 120.1 radiator. This is very dooable in a pc-2000 and you can keep everything looking realllly clean.

As for the c-systems pump i have had mine running for about a month. there quiet, small, and draw little power.

Well, all the computer parts ordered, we'll see when they arrive.
Will reconsider the water when I get the case and everything installed. We'll see how the heat/noise works out. Will update with pics...
