I was wondering if anyone still used the SoundBlaster Live! Platinum 5.1 card with the RM-900 remote? I have one and want to use the remote after not using it for about 3 years, but I don't want to install all the Creative Playcenter crap. I just want to remote to work with Windows XP Pro and Windows Media Player. Is this possible to install a driver for the remote to assign buttons to do certain commands, like play and to maybe use it as a wireless mouse.

Does the Creative Audigy work the same way, so anyone could help me? :D
