creative sound driver problem

my computer i just got has a Creative Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Digital according to the the card itself. None of the live 5.1 creative drivers detect it. So i can t get a driver installed. Here is what happens when i try to install the driver and after it extracts it then gives me this error.

a friend of mine has similar issues with this audigy 2, he fixed it by completely removing any drivers with driver cleaner pro and reseating the card in another pci slot on the motherboard.

tried that, i juis went out and bought another card.
