i went out and bought the creative zen xtra jukebox 30gig mp3 player, however its named...

its telling me its not connect, im looking at it now and i see the usb is connected and the device is on.when i unplug the usb and plug it back in it shows up with hardware unplugged then hardware plugged in, vice versa

anyone have a similar problem


i fixed it, i went in the the device manager and updated the driver, then it enabled it for me...dunno why i had to do it that way
