So I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for my Audigy 2ZS because there was a sound bug with a game I was trying to play on 4 year old drivers, and while the bug is fixed I can't access either the EAX console or the graphics equalizer in the drivers anymore! I simply get a regular error message with "... has encountered a problem and needs to close". I need to get into the EAX console to setup the CMSS surround emulation for my headphones, which sound like trash without 5.1 emulation. This is on Windows XP 32; what can I do to fix this?
