You are the head of Intel R&D and you have a great new core based on 10nM carbon nanotubule transistors... Please come up with your own flashy "codename" that will be used extensively throughout PC enthusiast sites and by overclocking noobs. Please keep in mind that "Mr. Intel" upstairs really likes to have references to logging and lumber in the codenames a la "Northwood" and "Cedarmill" but he is open to other suggestions.


My best entry: Intel Pentium 5 "Maplebark"

I don't think I would call it a Pentium anymore. I've been sick of that name since the Pentium 3.
 
Startek Than after more code names are used you can stay with same Theme . for example .the next codename could be Milkyway . or Astrotek you get the idea.

Yeah all of the recent codenames have been places in the california north bay area, IIRC.

Incredibly powerful processor but it will eventually destroy itself and all other CPUs that it can get anywhere near, leaving devastation in it's wake.
