Hey everyone I have Fujitsu HD with This External Drive Case and I have it plugged in although four pins are not connected to anything and I plug it in via USB to my computer and the computer shows that it is connected and see's the Fujitsu HD but I am not seeing it on My Computer? Can anyone help me out here and tell me if I have done something wrong? Thanks in advance!
 
Start\Run\diskmgmt.msc, tell us what you see. If you see unallocated space, you should be able to create a partition, do a quick format, and you'll be good to go.
