Just got this ES chip this morning, its Celeron M430 1.73Ghz stock based on Yonah's core.
Cooling with cascade and single stage...almost like no heat load at all, evaporator temp. only sway beetwen 3 or 4C between idle and load.

Almost 100% overclocked from 1.7Ghz...

Not bad for Intel budget chip @$150 retail pib.

Holy cow

Thats incredible. And it has 1024 KBytes of cache. That celeron puts my p4 2.4c to shame. Very nice oc.

Wow, thats nice for a 150$ proc, what video card(s) where you using in the 3Dmark05 test?

3x more 3dmark '05 than my rig scored . Same price cpu's (1.8Ghz socket 939), but I feel my 6600GT is holding me back.

Hey my 3Dmark05 score is only about 13115 or so with my rig as clocked in sig.

Should show use some 3Dmark06 scores if you got some centvalney.

Awww there there, it's only SuperPI and 3D Marks . ;)

Yea but a celeron M at 3+ Ghz pretty much owns my 950 at anything. (unless benchmark runs better on high frreqs)

It looks like intel has all the bases covered . Value cpu's that perform like this incredible

exactly, I mean we all have "Cooling with cascade and single stage" ;)

This is not to discredit the OP, I am beyond impressed, but it's to clear up that this results is not likely to be what the 'average joe' overclocker is going to get out of this chip.
