Crashing games when minimizing

Hey guys, yesterday I installed my new Asus 3879 card, and today when I am playing games like Counter Strike and Source they will close when i hit alt +tab or hit the windows key. Does anyone know the cause of this problem, or if its a driver problem. Thanks in advance.
