crash after power up

hi

i have been getting this for the last week for some reason every day but after holding the power button down and restarting it seems to be fine, win 7 64 os.

in the event viewer after it restarts i get this tho and is not there when it first powers up takes about 5-10 mins then it just freezes/locks up and no bs.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa8013a228f8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\011712-16208-01.dmp. Report Id: 011712-16208-01.

Try to update all your drivers. Sounds like something doesn't like going to sleep or waking back up
 
all the drivers are up to date and i have also got rid of the things i was not using and it still does it when first started.

i found the mini dump file but i cant open it for some reason so not sure what is going on atm.

i did have a bios error and after this it has crashed every day after putting the settings back in the bios from the system builders and it does keep them so the bat is ok just keep getting this crash now but its fine after a reboot.

the mobo is a tyan s7010 bios v1.1 with dual 2.4 xeons 24gb ram ati 5850 and another ati card for the tv
