What's the guys name that's addicted to drugs in GTAIV? He's a bit loopy. I found him near Roman's by accident. I think.

I told my friend and he has never seen or heard of this guy in GTAIV before.

He gives you I think 100 dollars when you first meet him. I found him again and he took me to some drug deal...........

Nope. He shows up like a Male Restroom Icon on your map ocassionally.

no its a different guy, you see him a few times, there's a bunch of characters like this all around the map, usually have jobs for you whether you kill them or help them.

"Brian Meech is a crack addict who can be encountered by Niko on the streets. He is first seen very early in the game outside Roman's Cab Company where he gives Niko $100 as an insult because Niko is poor and "fresh off the boat". He is seen again in Hove Beach where he asks Niko to drive him around the area so he can score more crack. He is seen one more time, telling Niko he has quit smoking crack and has begun a normal life. He then asks Niko to help him end a deal with one of his former associates. Brian is 29 years old.
