Anyone can help identify this strange issue?

Got a htpc setup purchased from the forum a while back and it's been running great so far. (windows vista x64) I am trying to do a minor upgrade so want to find out more info on some hardware specs using cpuz but whenever I load it up, it will display the info for couple second and the system will shut down, not restart, no bsod, just shut down completely. In the past I've used it to stream movies, browsing web, and never hard a single crash.

Anyone else has a clue what might be causing this?? I can't really provide more details on the hardware spec as I can't even load up cpuz. All I know is it's running AMD cpu and 2gig of ram with all stock setting.

thanks,
