CpuPLL V setting Question

For these new i7 series cpu's (2500/2600 etc..) What is considered a safe maximum for "CPUPLL" voltage? I see some people have it @ 1.9000, Im @ 1.7895 and am wondering if that is the cause of my instability?? Thanks
