So this puts out accurate results, right? Because when I put an HTT of 291 with a 9x multi, I get 2,628, as opposed to 2,619 which I should be getting. And 290 * 9 gets me 2,619 instead of 2,610. What's going on with this?

Seems like its reading it 1 HTT over...may be due to something like you set it to 290, but it actually physically goes 291, or even 290.5...

Its nothing to worry about. try Central Brain Indentifier.

So, I lowered it once more, on account of failing P95. I went to 290, which should have yielded me 2610, at 9x. Instead it still read as 292 HTT and 2,628 total. Then I went down again to 289 at which point it read correctly, 2,601 total at 9x and 236 memory speed. I checked it with Clockgen too and it read the same. I guess this mobo (Asus A8N-SLI) only goes up in certain intervals maybe?

Could be. I would go by CPUz speed, because I would think that would be the actual applied speed, not the set speed.
