CPU-z Validation Wrong - OC not working

I have been testing out different over clocks with my 720...and it seems I can't get anything under control all of the sudden. Even Cpu-z validation is wrong.

Here is the link to the cpu-z validation:. And this is my actual cpu-z reading:.

Validation is saying 3.5 actual is 3.2, even the ram speed is off.

I can't seem to get a handle on anything anymore. Is it possible I dudded the chip trying to OC? I haven't done any suicide runs, never went over 1.5. It doesn't seem to matter what I set bios too, it will pass IBT 20 pass max all day long, but crash almost immediately in Prime95.

Furthest it seems I can get it to on stock volts is 3.2. I have tried setting everything to auto, tried manual settings on ram, volts. Tried just one thing at a time, but I don't know, nothing seems to work. And I can certainly notice a difference between 3.6+ w/ 2400+ NB vs 3.2 w/ 2000 NB.

On the bright side it appears to be stable at -.025v @ 3.2 everything else on auto except ram timings @ 4-4-4-12 @ 1.9v 800MHz.

Any ideas as to what may be going on?

I'd be happy w/ 3.5-3.6 w/ 2300/2400 NB...
