CPU-Z showing wrong memory speed?

Here are my specs on a new machine I just built:

Intel Q6600
Asus P5K Deluxe
Corsair XMS2 1066 2x1GB

... and for some reason CPU-Z is showing my memory speed as PC6400 (400Mhz) ?

I followed the instructions in the BIOS to change the DRAM setting to DDR2 1066... but it still shows as 400 in CPU-Z... any input guys?

EDIT:

Well... my ram frequency shows as 533MHz... so I guess 533x2 = 1066 correct? The max bandwidth under SPD shows PC2-6400...

DDR2 1066 isn't really officially supported under any bios I know of, meaning few memory controllers will accept 2:1 as a ratio. Really 1066 is for overclocking. The simplist answer is push to 333Mhz SDR (1333MHz QDR), and force 3:2 ratio, causing for DDR 1000MHz (500MHz SDR) mem speed.

If your getting mixed answers... well... I need more information. But its 2 am and I cant think of what i'd do if I had your system infront of me (other then OC the bejesus outta the Quad core :D)

edit: actually yeah. Your geared towards OCing. Force 1:1 and crank that sucker as high as she goes!
