CPU-z showing wrong Cas latency ???

for some reason my corsair dominator 3 X 2gb kit is showing a cas latency of 8 in CPU-z http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145253 it rated 7-7-7-20 but it shows at 8-8-8-20 is this normal?

Did you manually set the timings or leave them at auto?

Also, be sure you are looking at the MEMORY tab and not the SPD tab.

Set it manually, and you should be good, especially if you're not OCing the memory. Also, FYI, it may only be able to do those timings at their specified voltage (1.65v). Before you turn up the voltage, run MemTest86 to see if you can keep those tight timings at stock voltage first.
