cpu-z cpu speed different from 3dmark 06

My cpu-z speed says its 3100mhz and 3dmark 06 says its 3487:confused: And now my score is lower now that im running a 1:1 ratio on my memory as to before at 2:3:confused::confused:

specs are below
 
If you have overclocked and you are not using the stock multiplier then cpu-z will get the right CPU speed and 3dmark will not. Most programs assume a stock multiplier.
