CPU Utilization from On-Board NIC?

Anyone know how to test the CPU utilization of an onboard NIC? I thought I remembered seeing thsoe graphs on the [H] but I couldn't find them.



And remember, search is disabled for the whinos out there ;) And I know google is my friend. And I don't know when Doom3 is coming out. And I have heard of strong bad.
