I am running a Windows server 2003 with Sap Server on it.
I have notice there are some red spikes along green ones
Does any body knows what that mean ?

The option to enable or disable that red graph is under the View menu as "Show kernel times". It indicates the amount of CPU resources being consumed by system-level processes rather than by user-level processes.
