CPU Unworkable?

Booted today and my pc couldnt post. Im getting a error message "CPU has been changed or is unworkable".

I hasnt been changed so does this mean its dead? Ive never heard of the error, or the word unworkable as it happens.
 
Try reseating it take it out and put it back in. If that doesn't work if you have access to it try a different processor.
