I am building my first QPack with stock AMD64 3200 Proc. The QPack Inst Guide showed the temp sensor attached to the side of the HS base with a piece of clear looking tape. Can someone help identify that tape or a good substitute. Appreciate the help!

Almost any tape will do. I'm using electrical tape, but in the past I've used plain ol Scotch tape. Don't use duct tape because it will get too gunky, and masking tape tends to dry out quickly but should work.

The pic is just Scotch tape. It's Christmas time, I'm sure you have plenty around the house :)

Thanks for the fast response, Kumquat. Wasn't sure how hot that base would get and didn't won't glue sliding down on the MB.
