Whats a good free and easy to use and accurate program to monitor my cpu temps in real-time and it's performance?

Coretemp or Realtemp for CPU temps.
For gfx performance, MSI Afterburner.
For CPU performance, Windows Resource Monitor.

There are quite a few gadgets for all of this available through downloadable windows gadgets on your desktop.

Yeah, check out CPU monitor desktop gadget. MS doesn't host it anymore since they dropped gadgets, but you can still find it online. Anyway, you can use it along with coretemp (or PCmeter) to monitor the load and temps of each core in realtime.

I like GPUz for GPU monitoring. It's light and portable. It monitors pretty much all GPU sensors (temp, voltage, fan speed, clock speeds, etc). It also displays all of the GPU specs.
