Umm.. i cant help but wonder if this is bad and I'm not sure if this has been happening all the time but...
I loaded up CPUz for the first time in awhile and I see some of my stats are going up and down slightly, going between:

Voltage: 1.488 - 1.504
Core Speed 3184.8 - 3185.0
FSB: 265.4 - 265.5
Bus Speed 1061.6 - 1061.7

I'm running an older Northwood Intel that I've had overclocked from 2.4GHz to 3.2GHz and have been running it like this for about 3 years now. I have it overclocked via BIOS on my Asus mobo.

Yes, the numbers is coming from some crystals, which is oscillating thousands or millions of times per second. As this isn't always very very accurate, you will see some slight variations all the time, which is perfectly normal. We can expect variations of +/- 1 MHz and +/-0.01v most of the time.
