CPU ratio question

It's adjustable downward for the purpose of reducing heat output mostly. Doesn't sound like much of a bug unless you cant change it back to 39x multiplier. Yes you should change it if you can.
 
Yeah you should be able to change it back. I think 39 is the highest multiplier you can set on that CPU, but 40 might be possible.
