CPU, ram, or video card problems?

Right now I have an FX-55, 1Gb Corsair XMS PC3200XL PT, and X800 Pro. My overclock is as follows:

FX-55 @ 2.85Ghz (13x219mhz)
RAM @ 219mhz 2-3-3-5
X800 @ 550/560

Right now, it is very stable. No problems playing games for hours on end. However, if I up the FSB to 220mhz, I get problems about an hour into Need for Speed Underground 2. My question is which of the 3 could be the problem? In the game, it runs smoothly without any signs until it gives me an error saying the program has encountered a problem and needs to close and it goes to the desktop. Temps are fine (about 50C max). There's no way I could just test the memory since it won't boot with a multiplier under 13 (don't know why). Do you think it's more of a CPU/Ram problem or the video card having problems?
 
If the program is encountering an error, it's CPU / Ram related.

Run it at the settings you're at now for a reasonable amount of time (overnight preferrably). If you get no errors, Prime95 it on Blend for 12 hours or so and see if it errors. It probably will. Sounds like CPU to me, personally. But in order to find out for sure, you need to make sure your RAM is 100% using memtest.
 
If it's cpu problems, wouldn't it reboot instead of shutting down to the desktop? Anyway, I'll test with memtest and prime95 and see what happens.
 
I can boot fine at 2.7 Ghz, programs will always crash though. It's instability with your CPU or RAM specifically.
