CPU overclockability Question

I've seen a bunch of posts about 2 types of 3.0C and 3.2C P4 cpu's. Now is there really an overclocking difference? I was wondering this because i've seen posts where people say the 30 capacitor cpu's overclock higher and are more stable, then i've seen that they actually don't. I have found 2 3.2C's but I don't want to buy them both and attempt an overclock on them both just to see which one get higher. One is a 12cap and one is a 30 cap. The 30cap is a SL6WE and I belive the 12cap is a SL6WK (maybe WU). I've seen good results for both model #'s but as with model #'s, there are both 12 and 30 caps for both model nubmers. Just wanting some sort of clarification for this. Will be overclocking with a Vapochill LS.
 
I know that... I know my 2.4C can't do much more, even with a vapo. I just want a high clock and high FSB of at least 265. I just want some clarification if the 30 cap cpu's overclock better than the 12 cap.
 
generally, 30cap cpu's do overclock better than 12cap's. but it is possible for a 30cap to be a poor overclocker also. my m0 2.4 is a 30cap, but ive heard of 12cap 2.4's overclock just as high and higher than mine.

30cap cpu's are all m0's which are identical to the p4ee, so they have more layers on the pcb and the die is larger than a d1 p4. they dissipate heat better (but the produce more of it) and they handle more voltage.
 
Thank you for that. That helps out a lot. I will just grab the 30cap then cause its going into a Vapo LS. Prolly pump up to 1.75V into it. Do you know what the max voltage is for the 30caps?
