I used to be a big fan of this when it came out for Windows 8 it hasn't been updated on the Add Gadgets website since 2013 but this is the latest version just install the package and update it to the most recent version and zoom in the settings to 150% or whatever.

You want to install the gadget package with this link then click on the 2017 version of the gadget to update it.
