I just swapped out my 2500+ for a 3200+ (dont preach about how they are the same, I work at computer store, so I pay diddly squat for parts, no big deal to me), and I am curious if anyone reinstalls any drivers after swapping cpu's? I havn't, but am curious if that would matter or not.

No need to reload anything...should be a direct drop-in. I was messing around w/ Windows Update the other day, and it updated drivers for the CPU. Don't know if that did anything because i cannot tell...but nice know it updated something.

Last time I did that update for the cpu it screwed up my computer. I wont ever update drivers from windows update again.

No driver changes or re-installation of Windows needed in your case. Only time this applies is when changing motherboards to a different chipset - such as going from a Via to an nForce board.
