I know this is software but it also pertains to overclocking. My idle and load temps before were 34C, 44C. After I installed this program they were 28C, 37C. That's after Prime has been going for 19 hours. I was wondering if anyone else uses this and if it's a legit program. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like a load to me. The only way to make a chip run cooler is to make it do less work. That equals less math, i.e. less speed.
