CPU flashing in Easy Tune5

Hi
My first time building a computer saturday ,its a e600 ,ds3 ,2g of kingston hyperx ram,arctic pro7 .I overclocked to 2.8 Gh when i was doing Orthos i checked Easy Tune 5 under Pc Health ,Hardware Monitor under item the CPU and System there are sign (!) flushing in yellow and red .My temp under speed fan and core temp is 49-50 C full load .
Any one has any idea what's the problem?

it just that the set max temp have been reach. you can change the temp settigns by going to pc health > settings> then change the set temp > saved..
