Of the reviews I've seen, that cooler isn't anything special. If you're not going to overclock, get the retail box...even if you are and aren't gunning for the absolute max, the retail cooler is pretty good.
 
only 3.2 or 3.4?

the 3.0c comes with a copper core heatsink so you might be fine with that. The heat really comes in when you add voltage.

If you are going overclock futher and add voltage for stability I suggest a thermalright heatsink. That Areo adds a lot of weight that could damage your mobo.
