This option is available in my ASUS BIOS (LGA 1366 i7). The options range from 700 to 1000 mV. I haven't been able to find out much about it other than it "increases noise immunity." If that were the case then why not just leave it at 1000 mV? I assume there's a downside to it but there doesn't seem to be any information available.

I have messed with this setting for the past several weeks and cannot figure any benefit to it at all.
I will include the skew setting in that comment also.
Although when I am in a "OC to the edge mode" I often take bigger steps than little ones meaning that the system either boots or it does not. BUT that range of BCLK of 210 which is stable to 215, that does not boot, is nothing too exciting ... so I haven't found the incentive to really drill into it any further. If the system would boot at 215 & not 220, then I could get a little more excited.
