CPU coolers for 2 setups

I am looking for some decent cooling solutions for CPU for two of the system I will build next weekend.

Setup #1
i5-750 and eVGA P55 SLi ATX MB
2X Galaxy 460 1GB OCed in SLI

Setup #2
AMD 755
Asus M4A87TD
BFG 260 OCed

The two cases I have available to use for these two systems are:
Lian Li PC-K62
CM HAF-922

1) Setup 1 will be under heavy use for gaming and will need better cooling than setup2. What are some good cooling solution for it? Since eVGA P55 board can fit 775 coolers I should have more options available?

2) Based on the cooler picked for setup1, which is the better case to use for it?

3) lastly what is a good but not too expensive cooling solution for setup2?
