If I remember my Intel model number right, you can use any Pentium M 7x0. As long as it has a zero at the end of the model number, that means it is a 400FSB CPU. I would try finding a Pentium M that runs at 1.6+
There is about an ~800mhz performance difference between Pentium M's and Pentium 4's. So a Pentium M at 2.0ghz is somewhere between a Pentium 4 2.8-3.0ghz.
