Hello

I am currently in a quandry about which CPU water block to sellect for my new project I am undertakeing. I am in the stagees of gathering bits and peices and materials and designing. I want alot of preformance out of this rig, but I also want it to be relitively silent, thats why I am choosing water cooling and not phase change.

So I have basically limited it down to these 2 blocks:

(the TDX I would do with a brass top)

Constructive critisism is appreciated.

Also sudgestions about other possable blocks would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

the aqua computer is dead sexy but prob isn't a performance demon..

the tdx is classic but is only good for 939 .. no future proofing ..

i personally own the apogee and like it very much .. very low pressure drop

3 apogees = 1 storm

storm is one of the best performers but costs alot and is restrictive

... um... that's it

i use a tdx block, copper with the clear top.. it works fine for me. I like the block.

Avoid the Aqua block if you want performance. The DD block is good, but not great. If you want the most performance available the only real choice is a Swiftech STORM. I'd recommend you buy one of those while they are still available. ;)

Id say go STORM or Cuplex XT, both should give the max performance.

apogee if you have a low flow pump or running multiblocks .. like 3

he already bought the storm tho .. good move .. retail value well
