Seriously, very little. They offer about the same cooling performance. It really comes down to the smaller details for differences between the two.
 
the EK supreme is the other contender with those right now.... id just get whatever one you like the look of best theyre all about the same lol
 
D-Tek performs a little better.

The EK solution can perform better then the D-Tek in loops with more flow.
