Well I know how to test the CPU for stability, using programs like Prime95 or some other burn-in proggies, but what programs are good for Benchmarking overclocks? Something that would test the CPU and Memory, and would give a number that is meaningful to more than one person (me).

Anyway if somebody knows of some good prgrams to use for this, leme know!

Si sandra gives cpu speed readings and memory bandwidth. It also has a whole system analizer

3Dmark 2001se/3dmark03 is a good graphic/cpu bencher. Depending on your system, 20K(01se) and 7K(03) are very very respectable scores. Its dependent on your system.. dont feel bad if you cant break it 20 or 7K

I had to boot 263 fsb 1:1 and my 9800Pro at 445/400 to get like 20,376 or soemthing

i uno.... sig to long? do "------------------------------------" count a line .... if so 12 lines Gotta be 10 or under

EDIT: oh yah 3dmark 01se will keep you busy.. once you hit like 19500... Youll wanna be like 20K 20K 20K 20K

its a good way to be motivated to get highest possible clock
