I'm doing a report for school and need to get my hands on some architecture for both the P4 and Athlon XP processors.

Where can I find them?

I have looked on both the AMD and Intel site and they dont make it easy to find even if they are there.

thats is nice to have too....but i mean actual ALU, FPU, etc locations within the CPU....
 
Just be aware that much of what you'll find is created by the marketing group of one company or the other, so it may not be cmopletely accurate. ArsTechnica may have some good technical comparisons.
