CPU and MB just seem to hot...

Hi, i already posted somthing kinda like this so sorry in advance..
when i play Doom3, then exit and restart my Computer and take a look at the System temps i get this..

61C CPU
55C MB

this just seems why why to hot, i got a P4 3.2 Ghz 1M 800Mhz, P4P800 SE Asus mother Board, 1024 Megs of Ram and a Radeon 9800 pro 128 Megs.
do you guys have any sugestions as to why its so hot and what can be done?, or is this even to hot....

also i got some crazy viberations and my CPU fan is super loud, any ideas there to?

two options...

1. Live with the noise and the warm temps (not too bad of temps, but not that great either)

2. Or get a new HSF with some arctic silver 5... SP-97, or 7000Cu-A... something like that ;)

You could get new cooling... or just stick with those temps, which are a little on the warm side, but still just fine...

:D
