Well, my cousin went to pcclub and picked up a gigabyte socket 939 board, nf3 ultra chipset on it, and i put it together it booted up, and beeped at me, when i just had the cpu and ram on it. I just finished everything, and everything runs fine, im installing windows on it right now! Wow, this has been a big ordeal for me thats for sure. So the motherboard was faulty after all, thx for your help guys!
