Couple questions about RivaTuner

Hey,so i wanna do a lil overclock to my ati r9700 and make r9700pro...i have no idea about overclocking so thats why i created this thready,so i installed rivatuner then in "main" i go to customize and then to "low level system settings"?there i do the overclock right? then i point the "enable low-level hardware overclocking" then i am rebooting and only then i overclock aight? and last question is, so the core clock is on 276.8 and the memory clock is on 270. To how much i need to up them both to get to a r9700pro level? Thanks!

Oh ok thanks,last question,when i oc how exactly do i do that? i mean do i need to increase by 3/5 in both everytime and aply and reboot and then again and again till i reach to the r9700pro speeds?
