The Rest Of The Build

First off do you know of any aftermarket heatsinks for a LGA 775 P4 3.4GHZ That work better than the stock Heatsink? I'd be nice if the fan noise stays around the same DBA or quieter. 10 points extra if it has LED's Or is UV reactive.

My PWM (What is that exactly Google search couldn't find a good def) seems a little high according to some searching on the web. what can i do to lower the temp?
